Fifteen Years Partnership Consolidates Phergal’s World Map

On November the 15nd, Phergal Laboratories received an international visit from Power Health, Phergal’s partner, Harry Van Berkel and his company commercial team, who has distributed Naturtint brand since year 2002. As past meetings, the objetive of this visit is to discuss the current business and sales situation and to plan the future market development in Belgium, Austria, Germany and Netherlands.

The visit was led by International team, Paula Ortiz and Eduardo Marquez, to present the R&D&I laboratory and Scientific Research Center. Through this visit, Phergal’s partner has got a deep understanding about the highest pharmaceutical quality production processes, which is adapted to European and international health standards: ISO:9001 (Quality), 22716 (GMPs) and 14001 (Environmen).

After the guided visit of the laboratory, the meeting was started by General Management Jose Elvira and Maria del Pino, acknowledging Power Health and Phergal 15-years relationship in natural product development. The Technical Training Manager Diego Hoyo and Product Manager Marta Gil introduced the Phergal’s research philosophy: Developing human health care and environment with natural innovation, he mentioned natural products such as Naturtint Treatment, e’lifexir Natural Beauty and Baby Care which are formulated by specific natural & organic ingredients, targeting main body worries and their results are guaranteed by clinical research.

The meeting reached the climax stage by International Marketing team Karishma Jeswani and Chen Yue presenting e’lifexir Baby Care campaign. The baby Care product line has been highly appraised by Spanish mother customers with a rating of 6.7/ 7 in product performance and effect. Actually, the product information can be found in different social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram with Hashtag #elpoderdelasmamaselifexir and in diverse online pharmaceutical shops with plenty of consumer’s comments.

Finally, the meeting ended with lots of satisfaction and expectations for the year 2018. In the future, Phergal Laboratories will continue improving product innovation with worldwide partners to create a better world for human health and environmental conscience.

CONVENCIÓN CICLO I 2018 – PHERGAL LABORATORIOS

Laboratorios PHERGAL celebró la semana pasada la primera Convención del 2018 de la división Farmacia, para hacer balance del 2017 y presentar los nuevos lanzamientos y estrategias del nuevo año.

El evento, de tres días de duración, organizado por el equipo de Marketing y Comercial en colaboración con el de Formación, sirvió para motivar e implicar a la red de ventas y beauty coaches a conseguir los objetivos marcados para el 2018.

Para ello, trabajaron el concepto “Confía en ti”, transmitiendo el uso de todas las herramientas, formación y apoyo que entrega la compañía para lograr los objetivos de este año.

Así como, atendieron a un curso de Coaching sobre Técnicas de Venta impartido por  Miguel Morejón Fundador y director de Kayros Institute; una consultora de formación y desarrollo especializada en desarrollar el potencial humano de las organizaciones y en ayudar al crecimiento de los negocios, mejorando visiblemente sus resultados empresariales.

Así mismo, se aprovechó la ocasión para hacer una recapitulación de los éxitos cosechados durante el 2017:

  • E’lifexir es la marca nº5 y la que más crece actualmente en el mercado de reductores.
  • Atashi Cellular Cosmetics ha crecido un 40% en el último año.
  • Volumax es la marca nº10 de cuidado labial.
  • Clearé Institute es la marca nº3 en coloración capilar en el canal farmacia y ha crecido un 59% en su línea de tratamientos capilares.

Con esta jornada y bajo el concepto “la confianza en ti mismo es la clave del éxito”, se dio inicio a un nuevo año que se prevé lleno de nuevos proyectos, desarrollos e ilusiones.

On October the 26nd, Phergal Laboratories gave a big welcome to its Portugal partner, Disfaport, who has become Phergal partner since year 2015 in Portugal.

Actually, Disfaport distributes a wide range of Phergal’s brands as e’lifexir, Atashi, Volumax and Clearé Institute. The objective of this meeting is to summarize current collaboration and to discuss future international market opportunities for business development.

The meeting was started by acknowledging Disfaport and Phergal’s full partnership in different cosmetic brands and emphasizing on the common purpose about international market growth.

Then the meeting was continued by presenting the latest product innovation as Phergal Laboratories are among the leaders in Spanish laboratories thanks to their constant contribution of numerous discoveries in the field of dermo-pharmacy.
