On October the 26nd, Phergal Laboratories gave a big welcome to its Portugal partner, Disfaport, who has become Phergal partner since year 2015 in Portugal.
Actually, Disfaport distributes a wide range of Phergal’s brands as e’lifexir, Atashi, Volumax and Clearé Institute. The objective of this meeting is to summarize current collaboration and to discuss future international market opportunities for business development.
The meeting was started by acknowledging Disfaport and Phergal’s full partnership in different cosmetic brands and emphasizing on the common purpose about international market growth.
Then the meeting was continued by presenting the latest product innovation as Phergal Laboratories are among the leaders in Spanish laboratories thanks to their constant contribution of numerous discoveries in the field of dermo-pharmacy. Also it mentioned Phergal natural products with Ecocert certification which contain more than 99% natural ingredients and 5% organic ingredients.

Una reunión marcada por la presentación oficial de nuevas incorporaciones al grupo y nuevos lanzamientos del canal consumo
Phergal Laboratorios, compañía española dermofarmacéutica de vanguardia, ha celebrado recientemente en Madrid su Reunión Comercial de GPVs (Gestoras de Puntos de Venta). En ella se presentaron los últimos lanzamientos y novedades del canal farmacia y de consumo.
En relación a las novedades de Phergal en este tercer cuatrimestre, se presentó el lanzamiento e innovación de la gama capilar de Tratamiento Anticaspa de Clearé Institute. Se dieron a conocer las acciones de comunicación y se reforzaron los argumentos de venta, y herramientas comerciales de E’lifexir y Atashi marcas consagradas que Phergal produce y distribuye en el canal farmacia, así como Naturtint y Yacel en massmarket.
Así mismo, se analizaron los resultados de ventas del tercer cuatrimestre y se introdujeron los objetivos y herramientas para este último cuatrimestre.
Para culminar la jornada, se sorprendió a las GPVs con el lanzamiento de una nueva línea dirigida al canal perfumería que será presentada en el mercado a finales de este año.
Laboratorios PHERGAL realizó recientemente su Convención Trimestral en el hotel Maydrit de Madrid. Una oportunidad para dar a conocer a su amplia red comercial las nuevas estrategias comerciales a seguir así como sus nuevos lanzamientos para esta última fase del 2017.
La convención estuvo encabezada por el Presidente y Fundador de PHERGAL, Don José Elvira Gálvez y la Directora General, Mª del Pino Navarro, junto con los directores y gerentes de las líneas de negocio. Estos últimos, presentaron sus planes de marketing y novedades a la fuerza de ventas, destacando el lanzamiento de la nueva línea de la marca dermocosmética Atashi Cellular Cosmetics: atashi cellular antioxidant skin defense.
Se trata del primer tratamiento antiedad antioxidante, concentrado con un contenido extremadamente alto de polifenoles procedentes de la mezcla de poderosas células madre vegetales de Uva Negra de Borgoña y de Arándano rojo y extracto biotecnológico de Granada, para frenar el envejecimiento y restaurar el daño producido por los efectos adversos de la radiación solar y la contaminación.
La jornada culminó con la entrega de los premios a los Mejores Vendedores, que reconocen la habilidad y el esfuerzo por lograr cumplir los objetivos trazados durante este año. En esta ocasión fueron reconocidos Antonio Peñafiel, Elisabeth Marco, Yolanda López y Nuria Navarro.
Así mismo, se realizaron actividades de team building con el fin de fortalecer las uniones interpersonales, aumentar la motivación y mejorar el rendimiento de los trabajadores.
